Queen Letizia chaired the presentation of Phare Nador project of Fundación Mujeres por África, made at Madrid Endesa head office. The Queen is the honorary president of Women for Africa Foundation. Phare Nador,  focuses on the city of Nador and the Oriental region. is a Hispanic-Moroccan project 

•  aims to be a guiding light of knowledge, education, culture and creation of opportunities,
•  responds to the needs of women, African societies in general and Moroccan society in particular.
