Italian President Sergio Mattarella is making a State visit to Sweden as the guest of the Swedish King, President Mattarella was welcomed by the King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden with a state ceremony at Stockholm Royal Palace. The State Visit aims to further advance the long-standing, good Swedish-Italian relations. Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia were also present at the welcoming ceremony.
