NOTE PLEASE!!!! The Duchess has already worn this tartan coat dress three times, including today, on Christmas Day 2013 for church services at Sandringham; when Kate was visiting her old prep school, Saint Andrew’s, Pangbourne in 2012. The last time that these pumps by TOD'S were worn it was to pay tribute to those who died tragically in the helicopter accident at the city’s Football Club’s King Power Stadium.
