Established in September 2013, Smart Works is a charity which provides training and interview clothes to unemployed women in need. Smart Works helps provide clothing and interview coaching to unemployed women in two-hour appointments. Over the last year, The Duchess of Sussex and @SmartWorksCharityhave come together to launch a very special initiative. Since having partnered with leading British fashion designers Jigsaw, JohnLewis, MarksandSpencer and MishaNonoo - The Duchess has championed the launch of a new Smart Works capsule collection that will help properly equip these women.
