King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended a meeting of the scientific committee of the Elcano Royal Institute, which was about the analysis of the international impact of the coronavirus pandemic. During the meeting, international experts analyzed the situation caused by the pandemic in different continents. They were accompanied by the Minister of Science and Innovation, Pedro Duque. During the meeting, the president and director of the institute, Emilio Lamo de Espinosa and Charles Powell, made a presentation on the impact of the pandemic, globally and in Spain.
