President Trump’s first state visit to the U.K.

President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump made their first state visit to the U.K. in June, from June 3 to 5. “This state visit had the aim to reaffirm the steadfast and special relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom,” the White House said in a statement.  The U.S Couple Presidential were welcomed by Queen Elizabeth II, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall with a ceremony held on the West Terrace of Buckingham Palace in London. President Trump's three-day state visit will include lunch with the Queen, and a State Banquet at Buckingham Palace.
