Her Majesty was informed of the work carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic confinement and the process of adaptation to the new circumstances, in addition to activities that are planned for the future and the urgent needs in mental health during The Spanish Mental Health Confederation, which is a non-profit and social interest entity that emerged in 1983. Currently, they integrate 18 regional federations and single-province associations, which brings together more than 300 associations and more than 47,000 members throughout the state territory. The Confederation manages at the state level a catalog of social intervention programs that it offers to its member entities, so that from the local level, they provide direct care to people with mental disorders and their families.
