The President of the Republic of Peru, Martín Alberto Vizcarra Cornejo is making a two day official visit to Spain to attend the 38th edition of International Contemporary Art Fair. On February 27, King Felipe and Queen Letizia welcomed the President of the Republic of Peru and First Lady Maribel Díaz Cabello with a ceremony at Madrid Royal Palace.
