Queen Letizia visited the "María Moliner" and "Larra" Rooms of the National Library of Spain. The Biblioteca Nacional de España) has a massive collection of over 26 million items, which includes 15 million books, 30,000 manuscripts, as well as music scores, newspapers and more. it receives and preserves copies of all books published in Spain and a valuable collection of incunabula, manuscripts, drawings, photographs, sound recordings, scores. Over the past few years, the National Library has been producing digital versions of the books and documents for the purpose of facilitating access to them. 

Then, King Felipe VI of Spain and Queen Letizia of Spain received Spanish National Men's and Women's Water Polo teams participating in the 2019 Gwangju World Aquatics Championships, at Zarzuela Palace in Madrid. Both teams won the silver medal in World Swimming Championship Gwanju 2019 in their respective categories.
